Peeps Rice Krispies Treats

Got leftover Easter Peeps? Turn those colorful marshmallow treats and crispy cereal into the most gooey, stretchy, and fun dessert ever!

Ingredients

4 tablespoons butter

2 packages (3 ounces each) Peeps marshmallows

6 cups Rice Krispies cereal

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the Peeps and stir constantly until completely melted and smooth.

Remove from heat, stir in the vanilla, and gently fold in the cereal until completely coated.

Press the mixture firmly into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and let cool before slicing.
