Cody rejoined ICT in December of 2024 as a Mini Operator. With his past experience in this industry, he has gained valuable knowledge, making him a highly valuable employee.
Cody’s advice for anyone new to the industry is, “Be ready to get dirty and do the work.” Some challenging parts of the job for Cody is having to work in rough weather conditions.
Cody’s favorite memories are laughing and working with his crew.
In Cody’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family.
