Structure Fire on Tuesday, March 5th in Iowa City.

Fire Crews rushed to the scene after a building under construction caught fire and was immediately engulfed in flames. No further details at this time.

Scene was at Burlington ST and Clinton across from the Voxman Music Building

We were on scene of a standoff in Ankeny this afternoon. We do not have much information, but were told by an officer that shots had been fired. Over 20+ police cars were present from Des Moines Police, Polk County Sheriff's Office, Iowa, Ankeny Police Department, and the Des Moines SWAT Team. North and south bound lanes on SW Irvinedale were blocked, including the entrance to the country club. It seems that suspect has been taken in to custody according to the police scanner.

UPDATE: We have recieved information that the incident occurred around 10am this morning over a domestic dispute. The subject has been arrested and charged.
