Not going to lie. The remodel industry is a tough one.
You spend 10-12 weeks in someone’s home getting to know them and their home. Figuring out nuances, answering questions about other areas of their homes, and spending more time in their home than your own😅
Wrapping up a project is always bittersweet and on the surface it’s really exciting, but behind the scenes you get all the feels. A hug seems unprofessional, a handshake feels to cold, and for the next 6 weeks I will probably drive past someone’s home wondering what new decor or furniture arrangement they’ve decided on.
At the end of the day we start all over with a new homeowner getting to know them and their home, and repeating the same process. And we know that one day our current clients will call us again, and for another 10-12 weeks we get to be a part of their life and live their home again🩷💜💚

Asking AI what a kitchen remodel costs is a little like asking a stranger on the street. They might give you a number, but it won't mean much without knowing your home, your goals, and your wish list.

Obligatory roof selfie this morning!
A lot of times on projects we tend to notice things that are outside of our contracts scope of work. It’s hard for me to sleep at night knowing that those items could either cost a homeowner more money in the future, or lead to a headache trying to find someone to fix it.
We are here to make homes look pretty, and also make sure the place you sleep at night is protected.
While venting out the bathroom exhaust fans (because all homes should have them vented), I noticed some suspect flashing on the roof that was in need of repair, and got it taken care of😊
