This is to help my mother with food and places to stay during his hospitalization. I’ll try to find time to update the GoFundMe site for him today. He’s going to Cleveland clinic as soon as we get a bed. It’s been a very very long ten days and we are all exhausted. Please pray that decisions made are absolutely correct and contribute to his long term outcome being the best possible. #

I love my nurses. Leah, my number 2 daughter was the first nurse daughter. Then Shannon, my number 1 daughter became the number 2 nurse in the family. I love other nurses, too. When I had my valve replaced in 2012, as I was waking from surgery, I projectile vomited and hit my poor nurse square. I mean I was'nt awake more than sixty seconds and it came out. I apologized all over the place. Then, It happened again and that poor girl just happened to be standing where I was aiming. Hit her again. I was soooooo sorry. I asked if there was something she could do to keep it from happening again. She reached into a cabinet door and handed me what reminded me of a gold miners pan. Not a bed pan, but, a pan. I said, "young lady, how can I use this, I can't even sit up". She said "you don't have to sit up. just hold it over your face". I laughed and laughed and cried in between because of the just closed hole in my chest. Love my nurses.

This life insurance agent was completing an application and got to the part about health history.

He asked the client how his grandfather died.

The client replied, "He died quietly in his sleep... Not screaming and yelling like the passengers in his car."

This drunk wanders into a hotel lounge where an insurance convention just happens to be taking place. The drunk is bent on causing trouble and he yells, "I think all insurance agents are crooks, and if anyone doesn't like it, come up and do something about it."

Straight away, this guy runs up to him and says angrily, "Hey! You take that back right now!"

The drunk sneers and asks, "Why, are you an agent?"

The man replies, "No, I'm a crook."
