Behind every dish at The Rooted Vegan, there’s a crew that keeps the kitchen—and our hearts—full. Today, they took a break from the spatulas to serve up some laughs (and yes, some goofy selfies 😄). We’re beyond grateful for these laughter chefs who keep our days as vibrant as our menu. You all are the secret ingredient to this place. 💚

After an extended weekend away, we’re excited to be back in the kitchen and serving up your favorites. And yes… our Meatless Meatball Sub is back too! 🍅🥖

Loaded with savory plant-based meatballs, rich marinara, fresh parsley, and a sprinkle of parmesan-style goodness, it’s the comfort food you’ve been waiting for.

Today, we gather in quiet joy to celebrate 365 days of sobriety for a courageous soul. Each of those days was a step through fog, a small rebellion against the pull of the past. And as I stand here, reflecting on 3,415 days since my own first step, I remember the weight of each struggle—the loneliness, the doubt, the quiet victories in between. None of this would be possible without our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who carried us when we couldn’t walk. This journey, like a garden, is never linear—it blooms in seasons, one day at a time. So today, we celebrate you—and all of us—for daring to hope, to heal, and to bloom. 💜🦋
