Today I corrected returns that were not accepted by the IRS due to information not being reported that is shown on Form 1095A. Anyone who got their health insurance through The Marketplace or Healthcare.gov (aka Obamacare), must included the 1095A on their tax return. Your tax return will not be accepted by the IRS if you don't.
It doesn't matter if you didn't use it. It doesn't matter if you had it only one month. If you or anyone you are claiming as a dependent, had insurance through The Marketplace, you must report the 1095A on your tax return.
If you can't find it, you can retrieve online at Healthcare.gov.

2023 Filing season starts today. Which means they start receiving returns today.
