Sample Ballots (Boletas de Muestra) | Brazoria County Clerk Due to legislative changes, beginning January 1, 2026, all persons presenting a document for filing (in person) into the real property records of Brazoria County, are required to provide a photo ID to the Clerk. Texas Local Government Code §191.010

We are now accepting mail ballot applications from eligible voters. Please submit on time. Call the Brazoria County Clerk's office at 979-864-1662 if you would like one mailed to you. NOTE: Our mailing address has changed. Please make sure to send them to:
