Redemptive Glory Church
Today, October 2, Pastor Mike's anointed sermon is entitled "Be Doers Of The Word" according to James 1:22. Come join us at 10:30 a.m. for an awesome time of praise, fellowship and worship!
REMEMBERING JESUS
He himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by His wounds you have been healed (1 Peter 2:24). HAAALLEEELUUUJAAAH!!! God keeps getting better all the time!!! He is always faithful to be in our midst whenever we gather in Jesus' name!!! What an awesome time at our Father's throne and what a glorious presence of the Holy Spirit!!! It was a marvelous experience of Fellowship, Worship, and Praise!!! Thank you Lord!!!
Thank you everyone! Thank you for being the faithful servants of God who make Redemptive Glory Church such a wonderful place to worship Him each week! Thank you for your willing spirit to do all that the Lord leads you to do! May God continually bless each of you richly for all you do in service to Him!
Special thanks to Jeannette, for our beautiful bulletins and wonderful piano music each week to enhance our worship time...to Jeremy, for the great drum playing...to Courtney, for preparing Communion...and to Jeremy & Courtney, for serving Communion! You all do a wonderful service to God!
We missed those who were unable to be with us due to sickness or circumstances, and we pray that God will be with you while you're away, lift you above every hindrance, and bring you to join with us soon.
We are well into the month of August, and many people are looking ahead to school starting again soon. The summer seems to fly by sometimes.
Please pray for Jeannette & me as we will be taking a trip this week to the Ark Encounter! We are looking forward to it, but pray for traveling mercies for us as we are taking the trip with the Coats Senior Center group on a tour bus! YAAAAAAAAAAAAHOOOOOOOOOO!!!
After Jesus had taken the "Lord's Supper" with His disciples, He told them, "This do in remembrance of me." Not only should we remember Him as we take Communion, but we should remember Him continuously! Life is so much better when we remember Jesus! Whenever this life begins to drag you down, whenever you are feeling unloved, whenever things don't seem to be working well, remember Jesus! Not only should we remember His suffering, but we should remember that His suffering was for us! We should remember what He has done for us! He has made us children of the Living God! We should remember who we are in Christ! He has given us favor, rest, authority, provision, and wisdom! Life is so much better when we remember Jesus!
High Glory!
Mike
