One I forgot to post from a while ago.

Customer had VERY limited space and needed a second bathroom. So I did everything I could to provide that, still have a washroom AND keep some outside storage. I think it turned out really awesome.

Tiny, outdated bathroom transformation!! Moved a wall and added a proper shower to this small full bath. Larger vanity and a ton more storage and still plenty of room for activities!

Fixing a pretty substantial floor rot from water damage. That hole was from my leg! Only thing holding people up was three layers of old linoleum. Insulated and moisture barrier done under the home as well.

This was the old “kitchen” in the sullivan home. This space was turned into a mud room, laundry closet, utility room and the full bath which is now complete!
