March schedule up!! Come see us at both locations, Angier and Coats!! We've got new faces and the classes are getting full, but the more the merrier!! We've got Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Jitsu and Judo, adult and kids' classes.

Y'all wouldn't believe how quickly we are growing!! One of the few nights this month rolls haven't been wall to wall 🧱🧱. We love these small class nights too, though. This is when Coach Nola really gets to focus on important details with our students🧐🧐. Come get some skill and knowledge with us at Forrest Fitness MMA. We have classes at Angier and Coats location. It is truly impressive to witness Mercedes and Christian's unwavering dedication to this art form. Mercedes has undergone a remarkable transformation, evolving from a quiet and passive individual to one who actively participates and perseveres through challenging situations. Christian, on the other hand, has demonstrated exceptional growth and development in a remarkably short period of time, emerging as a formidable presence. I am genuinely proud of the tireless efforts and perseverance exhibited by these two individuals.

Tonight we are very excited to announce we have some fresh meat..I mean belts in the house!! As well as some fresh stripes. Help us in congratulating Coach Preston, Coach Shane, Xavier, Mason, Robert, Dylan, Matt, Jacob, Gerardo on their new belts and stripes. A special shout out was made to Ms. Mercedes for being a tough lady and showing up as much as she can, getting on the mats and doing her best when most women won't walk into he door! Cheers to you girl! We are very proud of our athletes making progress everyday and bringing honor to Jiu-Jitsu, whether it's in training, competition or on the streets.
