I filmed 24 minutes of arms today! LOADING NOW 🤩
I do these arm sequences religiously every week (on average about 3 times a week built into different sessions). If you have two sets of weights grab a variation to maximize movement and reps. I grabbed sets of 5lbs and 3lbs…you do not need HEAVY to sculpt arms. 😎
