Here is my go to, at home or on vacation no equipment workout. If you keep moving it shouldn’t take you more than 10 mins.
Squats with pulsing - 8-10 down up, pulse 32 at the bottom
Triceps pulsing for 32 counts
Abs: flutter kicks 8x, criss cross 8x, flutter kicks 8x, criss cross 8x
Stand up repeat everything 2 more times (squats, triceps, abs, squats, triceps, abs)
Table top glutes pulsing one side for 96 seconds (3 rounds of 32). Stretch, repeat on the other side.
Stand up, walk out to plank for 30-60 seconds depending on how you feel.
Knee lifts for 32 counts on one side, repeat on the other side.
Walk out to plank (can be forearm plank!) hold 30-60 seconds
Stand up knee lifts 32 counts one side, repeat other side!
Walk out to plank (last one!) hold for 30-60 seconds
Stand up, knee lifts 32x one side, repeat other side.
