Now we are ending the clean out phase this week, we move to Phase 1 development.

This will be allowing set up for booth rental on the grounds or event rental. We work to complete the inside of the building, as well as, outside.

In this process is a concept rendering of the facade and micro shops. Above will be billboards for advertising like old west or something. These bill be dual part. Obviously, ads, but, also should hide most the roof and improve the area aesthetics. Maybe mini murals

This will be on a crushed stone or pea gravel base walking area, leveled off. We will need to dig off about 3 inches and landscape fabric.

These shops will have a QR code for 4 hour rental. Its all on demand. If its available, you scan and pay . Everything automatic. Rent per 4 hrs or all day. Sun up to sun down will be current hours.

The building will be hidden mostly as we work on the inside

Outdoor events or set up is available at Harbor Rhythm Enterprise. We are working on a stage. You are your own event. When the building is finished, we will have to ability to run 3 or more simultaneous events.

We have already been in contact with a local wrestling company, sports card show, outdoor birthday party, corporate picnic, etc.

Must have valid ID and assume responsibility for your event. KYR know your renter liability.

Last part of wood items going out to be refunded for children's toys from veterans group.

The office for Harbor Rhythm Enterprise is cleaned and ready for prep and paint. Floors to be redone. The ceiling furniture comes out and all the old piping and capped off. Then we get ready to file for work permits.

We have the first 40 x 40 room completely cleaned out. Passed insurance inspection and contractors just left for quotes for us.

The last part of the wood fixtures goes out today for refurbish by a group that uses it to make children's toys out of the scrap wood. Not much more to go and we have the entire place cleaned out in about 2 weeks weve owned it.

We have no more releases scheduled for 2026 as we work on the music studio and events venue.

That may change by the hour.
