McFalls Landing

THE GRACIE FLOYD EVENT CENTER AT MCFALLS LANDING is the ideal place for Weddings & Receptions, Birthday & Holiday Parties, Business Meetings & Retreats, Family Reunions.
Your rental includes 14 sixty inch round tables, 3 six foot rectangle table and 100 chairs. (These tables and chairs may be used inside and/or on the patio but cannot be taken onto the lawn.)
Rental fees:
Half day rental - $300 (up to 6 hours)
Full day rental - $800 (up to 16 hours)
Two day rental - $1600 (up to 32 hours)
Security is required for any event where alcohol is served, attended by more than 150 people, or lasting past 9 pm. Security fee is $50 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours.

McFalls Landing is managed by Anderson County Parks Department. Our office is located at the Historic Courthouse, 101 S. Main St, Anderson. Office hours are Monday- Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Facility viewings are by appointment - Monday - Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
