We first installed an access road and ramp to reach the site. From there, we:
🌳 Removed 26 large hardwood trees
🎾 Demolished the old tennis court, fencing, lighting, retaining wall, and stairs
⛰️ Graded and excavated the property
🧱 Built a brand-new retaining wall
🌊 Installed rip rap along the lakeside
