Meet Tessa Haack, our Mentor of the Week. Tessa works full-time in a ministry to at-risk youth in the Upstate, and her passion to serve the students she mentors with RPF is infectious. We're grateful to have Tessa on our team.

We often think of mentoring as just helping younger people through hard times. While that's certainly the case sometimes, mentoring is more than that. It also includes celebrating the wins in life. Whether it's doing well on a hard test, winning a big game, or just being in a good place in life, good mentors find ways to say, "I'm proud of you!" Life can be hard, so celebrate the victories, great and small!

While meaningful conversations certainly matter, oftentimes young people learn the most from their mentors by doing. Taking action imparts skills, teaches life lessons, and forges lasting memories long after words are forgotten.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to mentor students with Reason & Republic Schools.
