Recently, one of our staff members ran into a young man they had previously worked with through our Rapid Re-Housing Program.

When they first met, he was working hard to determine his next steps and was uncertain about how he would sustain himself after completing the program.

His efforts paid off. Today, he has a stable job, is attending school, and continues to maintain his own apartment.

We are so proud of his persistence and the future he’s building for himself.

June 22 - 28, take part in Strides for Pride, a week-long movement challenge supporting LGBTQ+ youth overcoming homelessness.

Walk, hike, bike, or choose any activity that gets you moving. Commit to 40 minutes of activity each day while raising funds and making a difference. 💙

This event is a fundraiser to support Passage House, a housing program of Covenant House Alaska that provides stability and support for pregnant and parenting young women experiencing homelessness.
