Alaska Power Association member CEOs Bill Stamm of Alaska Village Electric Cooperative and Tom Atkinson of Kotzebue Electric Association Inc met with U.S. Senator Lisa Murkowski this week to discuss strategies for mitigating the impacts of high fuel prices on Alaska’s rural communities.

Alaskan college and trade school students! Alaska Power Association offers two scholarship programs - one for engineering students and one for Alaskans studying the trades (that one's in partnership with IBEW Local 1547). The application periods for both are open now!
