And in case you’re wondering… yes! Starlight Coffee still exists! The trailer will be heading to its new owners soon, but we’re leaning in to supporting smaller community events with lower stress and more room for creativity.

More details:
- The trailer is an 18ft, 2001 Fleetwood Mallard built in 2001. Later painted a very cute red!
- The space was remodeled by its first owner to be a soup and sandwich operation. In 2024 it was updated with a full espresso bar, got a new water heater, fridge, and a separate espresso pump setup.
- There are no commercial additions for fire suppression or ventilation, so cannot currently house any operation requiring an open flame.
-Sale includes nearly everything to start your own mobile coffee business! Including… espresso machine, grinder, all needed espresso accessories, cups, lids, cleaning supplies, even your first round of syrups!
-It is inspected and licensed as a mobile food establishment in Alaska, not licensed as a mobile unit in Anchorage Municipality (we’ve just gotten temporary permits from MOA) .
- With any DIY, refurb trailer, it has its little problems. I will happily list everything I know for an interested buyer! It’s been super reliable and is in pretty good overall shape!

We had a blast at the fair yesterday! Come see us this weekend and enjoy the sunshine while it lasts!

Basil acquired! I stopped by this morning to source a delicious lime basil, that will be the star of our Berry Ginger Cooler! Come try one at Forest Fair this weekend!!!
