Anchorage Science Pub

Everyone, thank you for your continued interest in Anchorage Science Pub. We have decided to postpone the Winter 2021/2022 season until January, 2022, due to the continued pandemic and being uncertain about restrictions/mandates in the near future. We miss you and want to provide an in-person experience with the opportunity to participate and socialize. We will plan on resuming in January for now and re-evaluate prior. Our volunteers are keeping ASP alive and ready for the time we can hold an event in person again.

Due to the global pandemic, Anchorage Science Pub has decided to hold virtual Pub events through December, 2020. At that time we will reevaluate and determine whether we can hold in-person events for the rest of the season. We are sorry about this and will miss you and hope you are all staying safe!

Virtual events will be from a library of videos of prior Anchorage Science Pub presentations, announced on Facebook and MeetUp, and available on YouTube so that you can listen to them at your convenience. We will attempt to reach the original presenter to see if they are able to answer questions posted below the video. We encourage you to order take out or delivery food from our usual host, 49th State Brewery, enjoy a refreshing (hopefully local) beverage, and learn some science! Please stay tuned for announcements in the following weeks. We look forward to seeing everyone in the future.-ASP
