Marble Slab Creamery is looking for a highly motivated, trustworthy, energetic individual who can work independently in a high paced environment. Must be able open M-F. Duties include but not limited to, customer service, cake baking/production/decoration/inventory, employee hiring/firing, payroll and supply acquisition. Marble Slab Creamery is in need of a full-time (40 hrs) store opener/store manager located in Tikahtnu Commons, off Muldoon Road. Duties include: store opening, customer service during duty hours, cake decorating/inventory, make homemade cones, manage baked goods, communicate/order/inventory store supplies, hire/fire employees, customer relations, generate employee schedule. This position requires a highly motivated leader, independent and upbeat individual seeking to grow with the company. This is a very demanding position and must be able to multi-task at all times. Experience in customer service, cake decorating, food and bakery industry is highly desired. In-store training will be provided to orient with current duties.
