Easier Than Ever to Build Manufactured & Modular Housing in Anchorage
Thinking about adding housing to your property? Recent Title 21 updates now make it easier for property owners to place manufactured or modular housing across the Anchorage Bowl — and to repair existing manufactured or modular homes.
These changes help reduce red tape, expand where these homes are allowed, and support faster, lower-cost housing options for Anchorage residents.
Ready to get started? Contact the Municipality of Anchorage Planning Department to learn more about zoning, permits, and your property eligibility.
