Special shout out to Taste of India, Anchorage for a wonderful meal last weekend! They’re open at our previous location on Arctic and Old International. If you love Indian food, this is a definite must-try and might just end up being your favorite. It definitely is one of ours.

On a side note, I love how the rice has spices in it for a subtle fragrant aroma, rather than just plain basmati rice.
