- SEASONAL (PART TIME W/ POTENTIAL FULL TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE)

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative- Reservation's Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by taking travel reservations and assisting customer checking out their units and checking them in when their vacation is complete.

Responsibilities:
*Handle customer calls, providing excellent customer service
*Provide quotes to customer and book reservations
*Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
*Documents and update customer records based on interactions
*Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:
*Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields (this is a plus, but not necessary)
*Ability to build rapport with clients
*Ability to prioritize and multitask
*Positive and professional demeanor
*Basic computer skills
*Written and verbal communication skills

PAY DOE

Starts $12-$14/hour according to ability
PART TIME/ FULL TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE-SEASONAL

We are looking for some rv housekeepers for our summer season!

Responsibilities Include:
Cleaning and sanitizing all motorhomes
Following a supply list and making sure each motorhome is stocked
Replacing all linens and making sure they look nice for our customers

No experience necessary!
