The owner would take their dog anywhere they would go. Sometimes to the store, dog park exc. and every time he’d jump out of the vehicle the paws would collect dirt, mud exc. then they would jump back in Transferring everything onto the seats. The owner wanted a fresh start so decided to give us a call. We explained our steps to washing/shampooing the seats, floors, Matts properly but most importantly communicating the expectations. Before we can set up the expectation we ask what most of the stains are? Kids? Whose usually in the car? How often do you or your passengers eat in the car? Any spills? She responded it’s just herself, her husband, and their pet dog. They hardly eat in the car as well. We let her know based on this information and the fact that most of the stains are from the dog coming in and out and it’s just dirt and grime a lot of the stains we’ll come off if not all. After 2hrs our end results.
