Your nervous system does not know the difference between a deadline and a lion.

It just knows threat. And when it has been running in survival mode long enough that feeling starts to feel normal. The tension in your shoulders. The jaw that never fully unclenches. The exhaustion that sleep does not fix. The gut that is always a little off.
These are not random symptoms. They are messages.

Your body is not broken. It is doing exactly what it learned to do. Protecting you from a threat that may no longer exist.

The most dangerous thing about survival mode is that familiar starts to feel healthy. And you stop questioning why you feel the way you feel.

This is what we look for at Rasta Wellness. Not what is wrong with you. Where the nervous system got stuck and what it needs to find its way back to ease.

Drop RESTORE in the comments and we will reach out to set up a free consult.

With chemical exposure like methyl methacrylate, it’s not just about what’s in the air, it’s about how your body responds to it.

Start with your nervous system because your body doesn’t detox well in survival mode.

Then support it simply:

Hydrate with mineral-rich water, electrolytes, coconut water, or chia water
Focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods
Support your liver with greens, citrus, cruciferous vegetables, and herbs
Support glutathione with foods like garlic, onions, and broccoli sprouts

Move your body to support lymphatic flow
Breathe deeply to support regulation and oxygenation
Sweat gently and replenish minerals

And for now, reduce added burden where you can like processed foods, excess sugar, alcohol, smoking or va**ng, and other recreational inputs

This isn’t about doing everything perfectly, it’s about reducing the load on your system so your body can do what it’s designed to do.

If you have any questions ask them in the comments.

Perfectionism isn’t who you are
it’s something your nervous system learned
