Moreno Valley USD Cold Box Structural Steel passed inspection and is ready for the next phase! This was a challenging project to say the least. We started this one a year ago with shop fabrication, navigated multiple changes in design after fabrication was complete, was mislead multiple times regarding install schedule, and dealt with harassing contractors. Through it all, we kept our composure, stayed aligned with the plan, and delivered our product ahead of schedule.

Strong steel bones for this up and coming beauty in Manhattan Beach. The only thing stronger than the ocean breeze out here is the 2,500 # beam over the kitchen... Great time working with my buddy over at ! Looking forward to the next one down by the beach 🌊
