Carpenter's Union

With a difficult mix of extreme sadness and extreme joy, I want you to know that founder of the "Carpenter's Union", Michael James Stanfield, left this earth today to be joined with his Heavenly Father after a two year battle with pancreatic cancer. I (Bruce Chambers) have added some photos of Mike and his "kids" (members of his 1972-75 youth group, the Carpenter's Union) to this post. Many of these images were either taken or orchestrated by Mike. His obituary is in the comments below. His memorial will be held Monday, May 14th, at 3pm, in the First Baptist Church of Hallsville, Texas.
