Don’t push them—show them the timeline.
Ask one simple question: “When does your lease end?”
From there, work backward. A typical escrow takes 30–45 days, and finding the right home could take weeks or even months. When clients see the process broken down, they understand why waiting until the last minute can create unnecessary stress.
The best agents don’t create urgency with pressure. They create urgency with a plan.
