This is your sign to head to LEGOLAND California Resort this summer! ☀️🌴
We spent the day riding our new favorite ride, the Galacticoaster (twice, of course 🚀), exploring all the amazing play areas, and trying some of the newest summer treats!
🌭 The Coast to Coast Dog was the perfect mashup of a hot dog and a pastrami sandwich—absolutely delicious.
🍑 The Peach Apple Fries Sundae tasted like summer in a cup! Warm apple fries, creamy vanilla ice cream, and a sweet peach crumble topping made every bite better than the last.
🍓 But the Berry Apple Jam Churro Sundae stole the show! Crispy churros, vanilla ice cream, berry crumble, and apple jam came together for the ultimate dessert. It was hands down my favorite and one I’d order again in a heartbeat.
Right now, you can catch the FIFA World Cup experience, and starting July 20, LEGO Festival takes over the park with even more fun! One of the reasons LEGOLAND is our family’s favorite theme park is because there’s so much for kids to do beyond the rides, including six different playgrounds and interactive play areas where my boys can run, climb, build, and explore💫

🎞️Regal’s Summer Movie Express🎞️
I took the boys to see KPop Demon Hunters this week, and The Wild Robot is also playing! Upcoming movies include Sing, Kung Fu Panda, How to Train Your Dragon, and so many more family favorites🎬
The best part? Tickets are only $1 each ($2 after booking fees), so all three of us got into the theater for $6! We grabbed a large popcorn for $13, bringing our total to about $20 for a fun family outing🍿
They also offer $3 off the snack pack (normally $10, only $7 during the promotion), but we decided one giant popcorn was the way to go🥤
With movie tickets getting so expensive, this is such a fun and budget-friendly summer activity for our family. Follow along for our next movie adventure later this summer—we’re always on the hunt for affordable family fun☀️

If you’re heading to at LEGOLAND California Resort this summer, you’re going to want to add this to your must eat list! One bite in and I was hooked. The combination of the hot dog, pastrami, pickle made it packed with flavor and seriously delicious. I probably would have loved a little extra pastrami, but overall this was a huge win for our family😋
