Swipe👉🏽 for the before and after pictures. Client was hearing noises in her attic. Called another company over and the tech told her there were signs of rodent activity in the attic. She wanted a second opinion and found us on Nextdoor. Once I jumped into the attic, there were NO SIGNS of droppings. I told the client and she seemed a bit thrown off. Offered to take pictures to show her that her attic was clean. We both walked the property and I showed her opening that may pose a problem in a future. Nevertheless, she was happy with the inspection/ report and we got hired on the spot to close up the openings. What a lot of people don’t realize, old pipes that run through the attic can crack during the day/ night and may sound like activity in the walls/ attic. Bro g honest will always take you a long way!
