For facilities storing high-rack inventory or combustible materials, ESFR systems provide powerful, targeted protection that meets demanding fire safety standards.

Sprinkler heads don’t detect smoke, they detect heat.

Each head contains a heat-sensitive element that activates when temperatures reach roughly 135°F–165°F. Once that threshold is hit, the sprinkler closest to the fire discharges water directly at the source.

That means faster suppression, less spread, and significantly less damage compared to waiting for manual response. Simple design. Powerful protection.

If it’s been over 5 years since your last internal pipe inspection, it’s time. NFPA 25 mandates these inspections to check for internal corrosion, blockages, or MIC. Things you can’t see but that can cause catastrophic failure.
