Performance Air Systems is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled, motivated Heating & Air Conditioning Service Technician to join our team!

🔧 What You’ll Do:
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment
• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining system issues and solutions
• Work both independently and alongside a tight-knit, supportive crew

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✅ EPA Certification (Required)
✅ HVAC maintenance & repair experience (preferred, but we’ll train the right person!)
✅ Positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction
