This morning I walked a vacant property where the previous tenants left behind bags of garbage and spoiled milk with the power shut off.
It would’ve been easy to leave it for the next contractor.

I didn’t.

I loaded the trash into my own vehicle and disposed of it because that’s the standard I hold myself to.
Every property I manage is treated as if I own it.
My clients trust me to protect their investments, and I take that responsibility personally.
