MSI Property Maintenance

Due to weather and being able to work sporadically grabbed the plow out of storage and got truck ready for snow. Still got 42 properties to get leaves at one more time but can't get into the place I dump anymore after last weeks storms as it's to wet. Most of the ones that get put to road for town to suck up are done and I needed to get ready for snow. Truck and plow are ready hopefully I can pick a few houses off any day weather allows that get put in woods or mulched with mulch kit on big mower to be in a good place for spring clean ups.

Well this weather stinks either snow or don't snow. Looks like I'll be back at cleaning up leaves in the middle of the week after things dry out again. Plugging away at my finial run through a few houses at a time per day as the weather and daylight permits. Customers with current balances or that are not past due will be done first along with properties that have only been done once will be first priority until the list is done or the snow stops me for good for the season.
