Kyle's Bounce Rentals

Anyone who has one of our new 15ft double lane waterslides booked who does NOT have a backup waterslide booked for your date please let me know. I will be reaching out over the next couple days to anyone who only has a new double lane waterslide booked to choose a back-up unit in case they do not come in anytime soon. (very annoying)

I just got word from the company and even thou they said "easily spring" (April, May) when I purchased them in November, they have changed their tune - it's now "We never recommend reserving them until you have them in hand. There are so many factors beyond our control." I get it - BUT total bummer. Be honest when we purchase things on the timeline - They know NY has a 2-3 month window for water slides. In person, to your face, they laugh and easy say they understand that and say all the right things to sell you but what good are they if we don't have them?

Most people who booked a double lane waterslide have already booked a backup single lane as well (anticipating this in my gut)... There are still 18ft and 15ft waterslides available for ALL dates that anyone has a double lane booked so no worries. These new slides could ship next week or they could ship out next month/s. who knows? very frustrating.

UPDATE: it doesn't help that we are at war. Supply chains have been effected apparently. While I am still annoyed, I am more understanding to their issues. Peace on earth - political comments will be deleted.
