I just want to take a quick moment to say THANK YOU to every single one of you who took the time out of your day to vote for your ‘favorite’ door in the first ever Door Decorating Contest held at KLV Properties LLC.! Not only do the participants appreciate your help and support, but I am genuinely thankful to all of you for joining in on the fun and making it such a success for all involved!

I do have to say that it was an EXTREMELY tight race, as the difference between 1st and 2nd place was only TWO votes. Brodie’s Beauty Bar finished in 2nd place, with Vibe Styling taking 3rd and Physical Therapy Assocs of Schenectady taking 4th.

A huge THANK YOU to ALL of my amazingly talented and creative tenants for partaking in this contest to begin with. These days, many of us have a hard time channeling their inner child and therefore do not want to participate in ‘silly’ or ‘corny’ contests like these at their workplace. SO, I am ecstatic to say that this little (but big) contest brought so much JOY and HAPPINESS to so many people who visited the building; including my rockstar tenants.
