This town hall will be facilitated by QTPOC/TGNCNB/LGBTQ+ leaders and will center and amplify QTPOC/TGNCNB/LGBTQ+ social worker voices.

How do you respond to a racist co-worker? How do you react to racist clients? How can we make change in racist systems? Our next Revolutionize Social Work Town Hall happening tomorrow will offer a space for BIPOC social workers to share how they address racism as a social worker, both interpersonally and systemically. This is an opportunity for community members to seek advice, examine specific situations, provide community care, and mentor one another on action steps to distrust and dismantle racism.
Join this movement of social workers across the world to create change within this profession, and hold the powers that protect and benefits from white supremacy in social work accountable. This is free and open to all social workers, no membership needed. This is an open forum, facilitated by members of the Revolutionize Social Work Leadership team, in which we seek to center and uplift the voices of BIPOC social workers who are leading our communities across this Nation. White social workers are encouraged to attend, and contribute to the work defined by our Revolutionize Social Work leaders.
