This dinner is also a bittersweet milestone: it will be the final menu written and prepared by our executive chef, Gabby Chapman, before she steps into the next chapter of her career. For the past six years, Gabby’s calm leadership, good humor, openness to inspiration, and skilled cooking have shaped Wheelhouse for the better.

In Gabby’s own words: “Cooking the Seven Fishes connects me to that history. It’s a way to honor where we come from, to keep our heritage alive through food, and to gather the people we love around a table that feels both familiar and full of memory.”
