Amherst Environmental Action

Many families across the nation cannot afford the clothing they need in order to live their daily lives. This is no different in our community so we must find a way to help. Students at Amherst High School are organizing a community wide clothes drive in order to help out local families, and our planet (reusing clothes).

To donate your clothes come to the front entrance of Amherst High School August 1st-8th between 12PM-5PM. You will see our table where we are collecting donations to go to families in need. To sign up for a time to donate visit amherstaction.org/donate today.

As more and more cars are on the road our planet needs a break from the carbon overload. On the bright side as cars become fuel efficient and more and more people buy electric our annual emissions will go down.
