1. Greek Yogurt Protein Parfait
Ingredients:
1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (200g)
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (30g)
1/4 cup granola (30g)
1/2 cup mixed berries (75g)
Instructions:
Mix the Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth.
Layer yogurt mixture with granola and berries in a bowl or glass.
Macros (approximate):
Protein: 38g
Carbs: 32g

2. Egg & Turkey Bacon Wrap
Ingredients:
3 large eggs
2 slices turkey bacon
1 whole-wheat tortilla (50g)
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (28g)
Instructions:
Scramble the eggs in a non-stick pan.
Cook turkey bacon according to package instructions.
Place eggs, bacon, and cheese on the tortilla, wrap tightly, and serve.

Add eggs and scramble until cooked through.
