New Build — Classic Club Bike, Report #3
Last time around, I had the shorelines roughed out, but hadn't done any of the thinning yet. This time, everything has been thinned and I've got some of the tubes mitered and brazed.

New Build — Classic Club Bike, Report #2
Made some progress on the BB shell and the lugs. Another day or so, I might actually be starting to braze things together.
BTW — The BB shell is pretty much ready for brazing. All the lugs still need to be thinned!

New Build — Classic Club Bike
This style/design is a bit of a throwback to an era when the average cycling enthusiast typically used one bike for all their cycling needs. For commuting, training and recreational rides the bike was equipped with fenders (and quite possibly a rack and bags for carrying whatever was needed). On race days, the fenders and other excess equipment would be removed.
I'd describe the geometry as a "relaxed road racing bike". Relaxed in that it has adequate clearance for at least 32mm wide tires and fenders.
At this point, I'm still in the lug and BB shell prepping stage.
