HOT JOB: Staffing Specialist

Are you highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to support the daily operations of our inpatient nursing units? We’re looking for a motivated team member who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with nursing leadership!

What You’ll Do In This Role:
Provide clerical, payroll, and scheduling support to nurse managers and inpatient units.
Use strong independent judgment to ensure schedules, staffing updates, and documentation are accurate and timely.
Work closely with nurse managers and lead nurses to understand unit needs and maintain efficient scheduling processes.
Partner with house supervisors, unit leads, and the Nursing Support Team to coordinate float assignments and ensure appropriate coverage.
Collaborate with managers to identify open shift coverage and support staffing solutions across units.

We had a fantastic time hosting our first-ever Middle School Healthcare Career Day this past Friday!

We welcomed 30 incredible students who got a hands-on look into careers in healthcare, connecting with professionals from 15+ departments across our organization. From start to finish, they were engaged, curious, and constantly on the move…we kept saying, “they are going to sleep well tonight!”
