Mr. Beamon recently represented a client who was charged with 105 counts of hunting violations, which were pursued in multiple counties by the Department of Natural Resources and multiple district attorney's offices as felonies and misdemeanors. The client's co-defendants were also charged with dozens of similar charges. Through Mr. Beamon's diligent representation and hard work, and with the assistance of co-counsel, all charges against the defendants were ultimately dismissed.
