The Position:
We’re looking for an Insurance Sales Producer. The pay range we’re offering is $1,250-$2,300 for Part Time producers, and $3,450-$5,750+ for Full Time producers.
- We offer a perks package for both PT and FT producers: discounts on auto/home insurance, life insurance, gym membership, quarterly entertainment, and annual trips.
- We offer a benefits package to FT producers, which has all perks, plus: $500/semester tuition stipend, health insurance options, retirement options, and a $2500 deferred sign on bonus.
- We believe in being compensated for the job you do and not for the hours you clock. Our compensation reflects that tenet as most of the pay is commission based (however we offer a small base for the first 12 months, at which point renewals begin and replace the base). A candidate who is a good fit will see this as an opportunity.
Requirements:
- Be proficient at (and have enjoyment in) sales, prospecting, and marketing
- Be money motivated, balanced with hardcore ethics
- Be ready to work
- *Insurance license (P&C and L/H) preferred, but if not, we will pay for study material, exam, and licensing fees
Responsibilities:
- Your sole responsibility is marketing, prospecting, and selling insurance. Our team takes care of all quoting and serving of policies.
