HomePoint Inspections is looking for a full-time home inspector to join our team serving the Delaware Valley and New Jersey. We have been together for over 10 years providing consistent property evaluations and exceptional customer service. HomePoint performs residential/commercial inspections, sewer scope inspections, wood destroying organism inspections, mold testing, lead testing, radon testing, stucco inspections, and water quality sampling. We have partnered with Spectora for our scheduling and reporting application. 🏠

HomePoint offers progressive commission rates that increase with inspection volume & revenue! Health/Dental/Vision plans are available along with a 401k option.
Full-time Inspectors will benefit from mileage and healthcare tax deductions on each paycheck, along with bonuses for marketing and training. 💵💵

One of our main highlights is the utilization of a local scheduling service (Delaware Co.) and not a national/international call center. This is our personal touch that equates to a stronger communication link for our clients and ensures that all orders/requests can be processed efficiently.

Experienced inspectors and ASHI certification preferred. All HomePoint Inspectors are ASHI Certified, and Licensed with Philadelphia L&I. Passing of the NHIE (National Home Inspector Exam) is required for employment.
