The Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) helps keep families and individuals safe and healthy through initiatives that assist with energy costs. CEAP provides federally funded benefits to help households manage costs associated with home energy bills, energy crises, and making homes more energy efficient.

CEAP also helps vulnerable households stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer by reducing the risk of health and safety problems that arise from unsafe heating and cooling practices.
