To keep everything organized and ensure we don’t miss any details, we kindly ask that all communication be kept to one message thread and one contact person per booking. When messages come through multiple Facebook accounts, group chats, or personal pages, it becomes difficult for us to track conversations and respond as efficiently as we’d like. We both work 9 to 5 jobs and you won't get a faster response message over and it will actually get lost that way.

We are always working hard to respond as quickly as possible, and keeping everything in one place will help us resolve questions and requests much faster for you.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation—it helps us provide you with the best service possible! 😊

We have some important news to share with our amazing community 💔

Due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, Elevate Events will be temporarily closing our venue. This was not an easy decision, and it’s something that has truly been out of our hands despite doing everything we could to find a new location.

To all of our clients with upcoming events — we are reaching out to each of you directly. Please know we are still here for you and would love to continue providing décor services and our 360 photo booth at a venue of your choice.

We understand how stressful this may be, and we are so sorry for any inconvenience this causes. Your support has meant everything to us, and this is not goodbye — just a pause while we work toward what’s next.
