Dr. Kevin Raef & Dr. Jeremy Raef are two of my favorite chiropractors and I’m excited to serve with them!

The Texas Chiropractic Association is thrilled to recognize our 2025-26 TCA District 2 Leadership Team. Jeremy Raef DC, of Amarillo was elected as the D2 State Director earlier this year. Dr. Raef is joined by Kaci Roach, DC, of Amarillo and Kevin Raef, DC, of Canyon, who were voted in as Vice Director and Secretary/Treasurer, respectively. Dr. Kevin Raef is a TCA Past President.

D2 District Directors include former D2 State Director and current TCA Government Affairs Coordinator Jon Blackwell, DC, of Amarillo; Nancy Hinders, DC, of Canyon; Coby Perkins, DC, of Amarillo; and Todd Whitehead, DC, of Amarillo. Dr. Whitehead is our TCA Immediate Past President.
